PROJECT OVERVIEW

This former gold leafing factory has been transformed into a multi-faceted community center that will focus on food production as well as wellness and nutrition. The center will serve the community, offering training and entrepreneurship opportunities to locals. Spaces within the mixed-use complex include offices, co-working spaces, artist studios, commercial incubator kitchens, and an indoor hydroponic farm. MHA consulted on the National Register nomination and historic tax credits for the $35 million project.
