Congratulations to Vision Properties and the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) on the grand opening of the Ropewalk Apartments in Charlestown, Massachusetts. MHA Boston’s Albert Rex and Mary Nastasi attended the event celebrating the rehabilitation of the ca. 1838, quarter-mile-long factory. MHA Boston consulted on historic tax credits for the large-scale adaptive reuse project.

Once responsible for making rope for the US Navy, the property will now live on, with 25% of the new units reserved for much needed affordable housing.
