Developer Belmont-Sayre, Tise-Kiester Architects, contractor CT Wilson, and MHA Charleston were recently honored with a North Carolina 2020 Main Street Award for the adaptive reuse of Grey Hoisery Mill into Grey Mill Apartments. The rehabilitation won an Award of Merit in the category of economic vitality as the “Best Adaptive Reuse Project.”
