Kim Smith Barnett has joined MHA as the new director of the Boston office. Kim is an experienced tax credit consultant with over 17 years in the industry. Most recently, she worked at the Providence Revolving Fund both as a historic consultant as well as a lender and equity partner in historic property developments. Kim’s diverse background in historic real estate development makes her a valuable addition to the Boston office. She will manage the Boston team as well as work directly on projects throughout the market and pursue new business opportunities.
