The Houston Business Journal (HBJ) has honored developer Radom Capital alongside project partners Perkins + Will, Pruitt Structures, Endurance Builders, Dally & Associates, KCI Technologies, Perrin Projects, SWA Group, and MHA Houston with a 2021 Landmark Award in the Historic Renovation & Retail category for the rehabilitation of Houston’s historic Star Engraving Company Building. The building is now an office and retail hub, known as 3201 Allen Parkway, and home to new tenants BlendIn Coffee Club, Thrasio, Marie Flanigan Interiors, Unicus Developments, and more.
