Affordable Housing Finance magazine celebrated the winner’s of this year’s AHF Reader’s Choice Awards during AHF Live: The 2020 Affordable Housing Developers Summit, a virtual event between November 16th and November 19th. Two MHA affordable housing projects were among the winners - The Tyler (formerly New Haven High School) by Winn Development in New Haven, CT and The Miriam Apartments by Mercy Housing Lakefront in Chicago, IL. The rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of New Haven High School (The Tyler) won “Overall Best Development” and “Best Green Development” and the rehabilitation of The Miriam Apartments won the Reader’s Choice Award for Preservation.
