The Preservation Society of Charleston, the nation’s oldest historic preservation membership organization, awarded 288 King Street (George Miller Building) and 23 Montagu Street (Rivers-Bullwinkle House) with 2021 Carolopolis Awards, both MHA Charleston projects located in Charleston, South Carolina.

288 King Street was given a Pro Merito Award and 23 Montague was given an Exterior Carolopolis Award, both recognizing recent significant historic preservation efforts by Blas-Milani Real Estate Holdings/Renew Urban Charleston (288 King Street) and Trapp Lewis/Siam South LLC (23 Montagu Street).
